Administration of Apprentices
Apprentices Administration is a service to manage apprentice-related data and processes with the help of a Customer Relationship Management software application, CRM for short. This tool, an adapted and extended CRM application based on the CAS genesisWorld system, is installed on the workstations in the University’s Vocational Training Division as well as the IT Center’s Apprentice Division.
The application supports administrative processes in the management of apprenticeships, such as the selection process, the administration of grades, communication with apprentices, and completion of the vocational training phase.
