Maintenance work on IdM system will be delayed
Current extensive maintenance work on Identity Management (IdM) is the reason for the following service limitations:
- Changes in address processed by employees via Selfservice will only be submitted to the Human Resources Department after completion of the maintenance. Conversely, changes at employee data will be submitted to the IdM until the maintenance has been completed.
- Furthermore, no coupons can be redeemed via the ConnectMe process. Accordingly, during maintenance new employees and students or even partners etc. cannot register themselves in IdM and receive their status or their user-ID.
Unfortunately maintenance work will be delayed due to significant effort. According to the most recent status, maintenance will therefore be finished on Tuesday, January 23rd, 2018.
