In Yin Yoga positions asre held for a particularly long time This passive stretching has a positive effect on deeper body layers, especially on the fascias, improving agility and harmonizing the flow of energy.
Yoga and Meditation aims at bringing body and mind into harmony. To begin with meditation will only last a few minutes. However during the running of the course the meditation duration will be gradually increased.
