Chat Support Survey
The chat support of the IT-SeviceDesk is an easy and quick way to contact the support team of the IT Center.
Because of the closure of the IT-ServiceDesk locations for personal support, we have extended the chat support times by 4.5 hours: You can currently reach us from 7:30am to 6:00pm.
In this context, we are interested in your wishes and your feedback on the availability times of the chat support. For this reason we have created an online survey which will run until 19.07.2020.
We are looking forward to an active participation in the survey, because only by a high participation we can achieve a meaningful result. Therefore, it is of great interest for us to pass on this information.
