The Partner procedure will be discontinued on September 1, 2025. It will be replaced by the role “Angehörige Organisationseinheit” (Affiliated Organizational Unit), which has already been activated for a large number of organizational units and can be assigned by the respective role administrators.
As part of this replacement, the status “RWTH Partner” will be withdrawn from all persons on September 1, 2025.
If you still require access to RWTH Aachen University IT services, please contact the chair, institute or institution that previously issued you the partner coupon.
The current sponsors have also been informed about the change. The role administrators at the institutes or institutions will be responsible for assigning the new role in the future.
