Running simply means quickly moving your feet forward while in an upright position, so that for just a short moment neither sole of your feet is touching the ground during each step. The University Sports Center's offers for regular movement and particularly running in its various forms are also a synonym for enjoyment and well-being as well as performance, vigor and the foundation for a healthy lifestyle.
We recommend wearing good, suitable running shoes and clothing appropriate for all weather conditions.
