The resource 5G frequency bandwidth is limited:

  • Industrial spectrum: 3.7 to 3.8 GHz. Licence awarded by the Federal Network Agency (BNetzA)
  • Maximum 100 MHz usable
  • The limitation applies to all users of the campus areas
  • Use only after area-related application and allocation / BNetzA
  • Frequency management by the IT Center on behalf of the RWTH Aachen University
