Increased Processing Times in IdM
At the change of semester, a large number of changes are regularly made to the identity management system, which takes a lot of time to process. Therefore, the system will only be available to a limited extent from Thursday September 30th from 4 pm until Monday October 4th, 2021 at 9 am.
What does this mean for you?
In order to avoid irritations due to longer processing times, it will not be possible to redeem coupons during this period.
However, the creation of new accounts and changes (postal and e-mail addresses) in the self-service or in connected systems is possible in principle. Only the transmission of the corresponding data will be delayed until Monday October 4th, 2021
You can change the passwords of your existing accounts at any time during the maintenance period. As usual, the changes will be applied to the corresponding accounts shortly afterwards.
Please therefore redeem all your coupons by Thursday September 30th at 4 p.m. if possible or wait until Monday October 4th, 2021 at 9 am. The same applies to the creation of new accounts.
