From September 7 to 10, 2026, the 27th DINI Annual Conference will be held jointly with the ZKI Fall Conference under the theme “From Campus to Cloud – Confidently Connected” at the C.A.R.L. at RWTH Aachen University.

DINI (German Initiative for Network Information, e. V.) promotes the further development of digital information and communication infrastructures at universities and research institutions, supporting the exchange of ideas as well as the development of common standards and recommendations. The ZKI (Centers for Communication and Information Processing in Teaching and Research e. V.) connects the central IT service centers of universities and research institutions, promotes the exchange of experiences, and represents their interests vis-à-vis policymakers, associations, and the public.

We are pleased to help organize the conference as a co-host alongside the RWTH University Library. Participants can expect a diverse program covering digital sovereignty, the cloud, open source, AI, identity management, data protection, and open access. These topics will be complemented by numerous opportunities for discussion and networking.

A wide range of sponsors will also be on site to present their solutions and projects.

We look forward to an exciting conference and many guests!
