Description
The Research Data Management Organiser (RDMO) supports researchers in the planning, implementation, and administration of all research data management tasks and offers them the possibility to write their own data management plans (DMPs).
The RDMO Hackathon provides a platform to further advance the development of RDMO (https://rdmorganiser.github.io/) as software, its documentation, and its content, such as catalogues, within the RDMO community. The event offers participants a wide range of opportunities to get involved:
-
Implementing own ideas or extensions (e.g., plugins, question sets, views)
-
Exchanging ideas with the RDMO community
-
Support by experienced RDMO developers and users on the implementation of specific ideas
-
Introduction to the RDMO architecture and its documentation
-
Guidance on setting up an RDMO development environment
-
Further development of the content of the RDMO catalogues
-
Further ideas…
The Hackathon is aimed at all institutions and individuals who want to integrate RDMO better into their processes. The RDMO development and content groups will accompany the workshop.
In particular, the following people are addressed:
-
RDMO administrators who would like to contribute to the technical and content-related development of RDMO.
