The courses currently offered are always based on demand. If you are interested in other courses in the field of IT, please send us an e-mail. If there is sufficient demand, we will create new offerings.
Important information
- Participation is only open to students enrolled at RWTH Aachen University.
- All fIT courses require registration. You can register via RWTHonline; the courses are listed in the course catalog.
- New dates will be posted online as they become available.
- By registering, you agree to the terms of participation.
- All courses are held in German.
Step by step: Registering for fIT courses
- Go to RWTHonline.
- Search for "fIT in IT" under "All courses" or use the link from step 1. The view is already filtered there.
- Check whether the desired semester is selected.
- Find the course you want and click on "Go to course registration".
- The next page lists all available groups with the respective dates and information. Select a group you want to register for and click on "Continue".
- Check the box next to the group name and confirm your registration by clicking on “Enter registration request.”
Shortly after registering, you will receive the status “Prerequisite fulfilled.” The responsible instructor will manually assign all registrations via RWTHonline, after which you will receive the status “Fixed place” and will be officially registered for the course.
