On-Call Service Provided by the Security Operation Center (SOC)

Since June 1, 2025, the SOC team (Security Operation Center) at the IT Center has been available on call. This means that the SOC team is available around the clock if needed and can respond promptly to potential threats even outside regular working hours.

If you have any general questions about IT security, please contact the IT Service Desk.

In addition the IT Center's SOC team provides technical support in responding to security incidents and threats, as well as prevention measures and security strategies.
