The new S3-based object storage DataStorage.nrw is now operational at all four locations – Aachen, Duisburg-Essen, Cologne and Paderborn. Researchers at DH.NRW universities can now access a highly available storage solution for their research projects.
Access is provided via the Coscine research data platform, which automatically allocates 100 GB of storage space per project for researchers at participating universities. A prerequisite for using DataStorage.nrw is the implementation of the FAIR principles, which is ensured by access via Coscine.
