New Feedback Function for Support Requests
The test phase for the new feedback function for support requests has begun. As of February 10, 2021, you will receive another feedback e-mail for support requests to the IT ServiceDesk 24 hours after your request has been completed. There you will have the opportunity to anonymously tell us via a determined link whether you were satisfied with the processing of your request. The test phase of this feedback function is designed for one year.
This new function enables us to determine general user satisfaction and gives us the opportunity to continue to improve our service. If you do not wish to use this feedback function, you are of course welcome to inform us by e-mail. We would be very pleased about a lively use of this new function.
