As of April 20, 2019, the quality management system of the IT-ServiceDesk has been recertified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015.
This year again, the two-day audit did not reveal any deviation from the standard requirements and confirmed the quality of the support processes and customer-oriented services. For the first time, the marketing area of the department is included in the scope of the certificate. Since then, the IT-ServiceDesk has offered a certified quality for enquiries in the field of external image, event management and information management in addition to the well-known support services within the scope of IT services.
