IT Center Satisfaction Survey 2022 - Your Opinion Counts!

The IT Center Satisfaction Survey is aimed at all people who use the services of the IT Center. In order to continuously improve the quality of services and support through our various communication channels, we conduct a satisfaction survey every year. The survey is anonymous.
Participants are entered into a draw to win 15 gift vouchers from Schenk Lokal Aachen, each worth 15 euros.
After the satisfaction survey, the data will be evaluated and published on our IT Center homepage. Take part in our IT Center Satisfaction Survey until Novemeber 30, 2022 and help us to improve IT Center and the associated support. The results reports of the last surveys can be found on our IT Center website.
