Major Ticket Tool Upgrade

A major upgrade of our ticket tool is scheduled for September 12 to 13, 2023.

During this period, we will only be able to process incoming requests with a significant delay. During the upgrade, we will remain available via our chat and via phone. We will also be available in person at the IT ServiceDesk locations at Seffenter Weg 23 and at the SuperC at Templergraben 57.

Incoming emails will not be lost during the upgrade, but these will only be processed continuously from September 14, 2023.
