A new milestone for research data management at RWTH Aachen University: Coscine becomes a word mark.
Coscine - Collaborative Scientific Integration Environment - has come an impressive way since its development in 2019. Originally launched as a pilot project by the IT Center, the platform for research data management has developed into an established solution that supports researchers in managing their data and metadata.
After a successful pilot phase and the transition to regular operations in April 2023, the next step followed in November: the registration of "Coscine" as a word mark. This not only strengthens the identity of the platform, but also protects its quality and sustainability in the long term.
Coscine remains an open, integrative solution that is continuously being developed - with and for the research community.
