We plan to disable email forwarding set up via the Selfservice function on April 21, 2026. This feature allowed users to configure forwarding for an email account and its associated settings. This deactivation is necessary because global security requirements for email transmission are being tightened. Redirects and forwarding are not compatible with this development, which is why we are phasing them out gradually and transferring responsibility for their use to the users. For configured redirects and forwarding, proper delivery to the redirected or forwarded email address cannot be guaranteed.
