Today the time has finally come - the new edition of the six-year-old documentation portal is now online.
In the customer satisfaction survey, which has been taking place annually since 2014, the area of digital communication channels is taking on an increasingly important role. Based on the feedback, own experiences and researches collected over the years, the documentation portal has now been refreshed and rejuvenated.
In a modern appearance - based on the corporate design of the RWTH Aachen University - instructions and support information as well as much more are presented in a transparent way. Intuitive operation via several navigation areas allows you to quickly find the support you need in comprehensible formulations.
