As of today, April 12, 2021, the temporary Moodle instance (temp-Moodle) will be available to all examiners and students of RWTH Aachen University for the conduct of examinations for the winter semester 2020/21.
Some of the examinations planned for the winter semester 2020/21 in presence have been postponed to the summer semester 2021 in the hope of retaining the original way of conducting the examinations. Due to the ongoing Corona pandemic, these exams now have to be converted to distance learning formats and conducted in parallel with the summer semester 2021 lectures, which will also be conducted digitally. Thus, all exams that are scheduled to take place as distance exams via Moodle as of today have to be taken via temp-Moodle. Exam rooms have now been set up for all outstanding exams for the winter semester 2020/21 . These exam rooms are only available until 30.09.2021 and will be deleted afterwards.
The platform is exclusively set up for the examination procedure of the winter semester 2020/21 and will therefore not be affected by any load peaks in RWTHmoodle during the regular teaching procedure of the summer semester 2021.
