Extensive maintenance work will be carried out on the IT Center's ticket tool on 09.01.2018. For this reason, the Ticket Tool will not be available that day and no requests can be processed using the Ticket Tool. Additionally, the ticket portal will be unavailable. E-mails that you send to servicedesk@itc.rwth-aachen.de on 09.01.2018 will not be processed until 10.01.2018. Telephone, chat and personal inquiries to the IT-ServiceDesk will be possible throughout. However, no information about existing inquiries will be available on 09.01.2018.
