As part of the connection to the omnichannel system of the IT-ServiceDesk, there was a relaunch of the Chat Support on May 2, 2022.
Thanks to a redesigned view as well as some exciting new functionalities, the chat should become more modern and intuitive from the user's point of view.
In the course of the relaunch, the design of the chat was replaced by a new speech bubble design. Some functionalities, such as sharing attachments, have also been simplified. Attachments such as screenshots of error messages will be displayed better in the chat in the future.
Users can still decide whether they want to specify their user name or use the chat anonymously.
