Quality assurance and customer satisfaction are high priorities at the IT Center. To ensure that defined quality requirements for service provision are met, the extent to which changes in the IT Center's services are required is reviewed on an ongoing basis.
Last year, for example, these had to be adapted to Corona requirements and support also had to be provided from the home office. This year, too, there will be changes and innovations in some areas. We will provide you with more detailed information shortly.
At the same time, we always keep the satisfaction of our customers in mind. As part of our quality management, customer satisfaction is regularly surveyed in user polls. We will publish the results of the latest survey before the end of this quarter.
